One of my core competences is the interdisciplinary work at the interface between hardware, software and mechanics. This effective merger of different disciplines is a key to your project's success during the requirements definition and concept development phases.

I assist and guide you in drafting your first concepts incl. their evaluation to define your optimal strategy and setting a major mile stone in your project to be well prepared for the Detailed-Design phase.

If outsourcing of subprojects should be required, I assist you in acquiring the right suppliers, with defining your requests for information and proposals ( RFI / RFP ), inclusive the management of your potential suppliers to deliver the optimal solution for your project.

As an important step forward in evolving and proving your concepts, I moderate and manage the performance of different failure mode analysis.
